Return Policy and Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with any of our products for any reason or if they were broken upon arrival please contact us ([email protected]) to arrange for an exchange or a refund within (30) days of purchase.

Returned products must be unused and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.  Products that are scratched, used, marked or damaged by the user (not a manufacturer or shipping defect), are not eligible for return.

If the order qualifies for a return, the customer is required to pay the return shipping cost.  BikeFit will only refund the cost of the item and not the original cost of shipping.

BikeFit products and tools purchased from 3rd party vendors are not eligible for return or exchange.  Please contact the vendor where you purchased the product with any concerns.

If you qualify for a return, please first contact us via e-mail or phone and provide us with your order number.  Be sure to ask the person you speak with on the phone or via email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our RMA will be your order number.

Returns will be processed within 48-72 hours of receiving your request.  Please allow 2-4 weeks from the return processing date to receive your refund via credit card or Paypal.
